On October 22, at the Fondazione Arnaldo Pomodoro in Milan, as part of the program Orizzonte — Parole, immagini e musica per edificare il futuro, curated by Giovanni Caccamo, “Queendoms Unplugged” will take place, a live concert by Agadez & Antonio Forcione, featuring special guest Mauro Durante.

An intimate event that blends music and sonic experimentation within a project that fosters dialogue between contemporary arts and languages.

Following an acclaimed 2024 debut at the Roundhouse, a sold-out tour, and the broadcast on Arte of a concert recorded in Paris, “The Songs of Joni Mitchell” finally arrives in Italy. It is a project that celebrates one of the greatest songwriters of all time through the unique voices of artists who continue to find inspiration in her music.

QUEENDOMS at DROM will feature a lineup brought together for the first time in a musical ritual led by AGADEZ and Mauro Durante — a voyage through the Sacred Feminine of the Mediterranean, from the ancient goddesses of QUEENDOMS to those of Taranta, all to the beat of Sacred Drums.
